90-Day Action PlanWhat's the next step?
Four short choices are enough. If you saved results from other tools in this browser they are pre-filled. The plan is editable, kept in your browser, and exports to print and CSV.
From your choice on the home page: We have tools, but the team isn't aligned.
Your 90-day action plan
No-JavaScript version: all text, forms and links remain available.
Because the KPI baseline is unknown, the first action measures it. No numeric target is set before that.
You can edit each action's title, owner and KPI right here; changes are kept in this browser.
This plan is assembled from Hoorad's action library by explicit rules. It is a starting point, not a final version; adapt it to your team's real conditions.
Saving on the server is optional and creates a private report with a revocable link.
The calculation runs in your browser. Nothing is sent to the server unless you choose to save.
How it's calculated
Each library action carries tags for phase, problem, business type, budget band, team capacity and pillar. Actions incompatible with your choices are dropped; the rest are scored (problem +3, business type +2, weak pillar +2, budget +1, team +1) and the top 2–4 per phase are selected. Small team or low budget → fewer actions. If the KPI baseline is unknown, a 'measure the baseline' action is placed first in phase one and no numeric target is set.
Assumptions
Owners are roles, not names; for small teams they collapse to 'founder/manager'. The three 30-day phases follow a logical order, but you can rearrange actions.
Limitations
The plan is built from fixed rules, not from knowledge of your business; it is a starting point to adapt to your team's reality. The tool never invents numeric KPI targets; set them after measuring your baseline.
A worked example
Online store, problem 'leads don't convert', low budget, team of 3–10, baseline unknown → phase one starts with 'measure the conversion baseline' and then 'shared definition of a qualified lead'; phase two pilots 24-hour follow-up; phase three reviews the funnel and removes ineffective stages.
Frequently asked questions
Where is the plan stored?
By default only in this browser's storage (localStorage). Saving on the server is optional and creates a private report with a revocable share link.
Why does my plan have only two actions per phase?
Because a small team or low budget was selected. A plan that isn't executed is useless; two finished actions beat four half-done ones.
Does the CSV open correctly in Excel?
Yes; it is exported as UTF-8 with a BOM so Persian text displays correctly. Cells starting with formula characters are protected.
